Relationship status may affect when and where buyers purchase a home and how much they spend on a home, according to a new info realistic from the National Association of Realtors and breakdown how household arrangement can affect homeownership with relationship.

According to National Association of Realtors analysis on median age, income and size of the home compared to relationship status such as married and unmarried couples and single men and women. Researchers found out that home purchase for unmarried and married couples tend to be around $186,000 to 240,000.Also singles females and males spends on their purchase between 153,600 to 173,700.Relationship status depend on how much the buyers spend on their home.

Further research recognized neighborhood features such as single females and males convince on friends, family, entertainment and leisure, whereas unmarried and married couples convenience on affordability, quality and school district.

The relationship group differs from the housing tastes and home buyers relationship status states 65% are married couples, 8% unmarried couples, single males 9% ,single female 16% and 2% others.

In buyers profile unmarried and unmarried couples  falls under the age of 33 to 43 and income around $80,800 to 98,300 and size of  home of 1,640 to 2,090 square feet. Also unmarried couples are optimistic about the homeowner ship, with 83% seeing the homes as a good financial investment. Where married couples prefer walk in closet in the master bedroom as an important thing and 42% of married couples prefers it. Single female and male buyers are between the age of 47 to 52 and income between 54,800 to 65,800 and size of homes of 1,500 to 1,570 square feet. Single home buyers are willing to make financial sacrifices to purchase their homes and 34% single males prefer laundry room as important thing to be in the home compared to other groups.

Groups most important neighborhood features depends on the relationship status of the buyer which it varies where the single males and females prefer the features such as accessibility to friends and family to be closer to them and males prefers. Also the married and unmarried couples prefer features like quality such as safety and accessibility to good schools in the district and unmarried look into affordability of the home.
